By accessing and using the services of Zekthmexon Flidarkil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Our individual flower bouquet creation services are provided subject to your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Zekthmexon Flidarkil specializes in creating custom individual flower bouquets for clients in the Baku, Azerbaijan market. Our services include consultation, design, sourcing of fresh flowers, arrangement creation, and delivery coordination. Each bouquet is crafted individually based on client specifications and seasonal flower availability.

Client Responsibilities

When you engage our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your requirements, preferred delivery details, and any specific requests or restrictions. Timely communication helps us create the perfect arrangement for your needs.

1. Provide clear specifications for your desired bouquet including color preferences, flower types, and intended occasion
2. Communicate any allergies or sensitivities that might affect flower selection
3. Confirm delivery details including accurate address and contact information
4. Make payment according to agreed terms before arrangement creation begins
5. Be available for consultation calls or meetings as needed during the design process

Payment and Pricing

Our pricing reflects the individual nature of each bouquet creation. Final costs depend on flower selection, complexity of design, seasonal availability, and delivery requirements. We provide detailed estimates before beginning work and require approval of final pricing.

Payment terms: A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on your custom bouquet, with the remainder due upon completion before delivery. We accept cash payments and bank transfers to our Azerbaijan account.

Flower Quality and Seasonal Considerations

We work exclusively with fresh flowers and source from reliable suppliers to ensure quality. However, flower availability can vary based on seasons, weather conditions, and market supply. When specific flowers are unavailable, we will suggest similar alternatives and seek your approval before making substitutions.

Quality Standards

Every bouquet meets our quality standards at the time of creation and delivery. Natural variations in flower appearance, size, and color are normal and part of the beauty of working with fresh flowers. We cannot guarantee specific flower longevity as this depends on care, environmental conditions, and the natural lifecycle of cut flowers.

Delivery and Timeline

We typically require 48-72 hours notice for custom bouquet creation, though rush orders may be accommodated based on flower availability and our schedule. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances in Baku.

Modifications and Cancellations

Changes to your order can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled completion time, subject to flower availability and design feasibility. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus any flowers already purchased specifically for your order.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the bouquet service provided. We are not responsible for damages related to allergic reactions, delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, or natural flower deterioration after delivery. Clients assume responsibility for proper care of arrangements after delivery.

Privacy and Information Use

We respect your privacy and use client information solely for providing our bouquet creation services. Contact details, delivery addresses, and preferences are kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as necessary for flower sourcing and delivery coordination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith discussion. If direct resolution is not possible, matters will be handled according to Azerbaijan commercial law and local business practices in Baku.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
